¹Preferred Rewards for Business and Bank of America Merchant services is available to prize winners who have a new or existing eligible Bank of America Small Business checking account. Bank of America, N.A will contact prize winners to determine eligibility for, and complete enrollment in, Bank of America programs and services. All enrollment by prize winners must be complete by 1/31/22.

First Prize winners who have or open an eligible Bank of America Business Advantage Fundamentals™ or Business Advantage Relationship Banking account will be enrolled to receive Preferred Rewards Gold tier benefits for twelve (12) months and Bank of America will waive the three (3) month combined average daily business balance requirement of at least $20,000.

Grand Prize winners who have or open an eligible Bank of America Business Advantage Fundamentals™ or Business Advantage Relationship Banking account will be enrolled to receive Preferred Rewards Platinum Honors tier benefits for twelve (12) months and Bank of America will waive the three (3) month combined average daily business balance requirement of at least $100,000.

Winners may accept the prize of Preferred Rewards enrollment by speaking with a Bank of America Small Business Banker, and enrollment will be completed within ten (10) days of that contact. ²Grand Prize winners who are eligible for the Merchant Service Equipment package must open a new merchant service account with a new Merchant ID (MID) in order to be eligible for the Equipment package. Existing Bank of America merchant services accounts are eligible for the equipment package with a new merchant service account and new MID. The equipment package is limited to a value of $1,427 per account. Equipment package includes a Smart Terminal, Integrated Cash Drawer and Handheld Barcode Scanner (software not included). A Bank of America Small Business checking account is required to apply for a merchant services account. Merchant services processing funds must be settled into a Bank of America Small Business checking account.
